You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@oachirakada.com or calling +91 98954 87290 with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
Because we sell food items and provisions, return windows depend on the type of product:
To raise a return, contact us with your order ID and photos of the item, packaging, and expiry date where relevant. Packaged goods should be unopened with seals intact, unless the complaint is about the contents (e.g., spoilage or infestation). For approved returns we arrange pickup along with our next delivery in your area, or replace the item on the spot; pickup costs for approved returns are borne by us.
Opened food items cannot be returned for change of mind, in the interest of food safety. This does not limit your rights for items that are defective, expired, or not as described.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, or a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are initiated within 3 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account). Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount typically reflects within 5–7 business days of initiation. You will receive a confirmation with the refund reference number.
Where stock is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. For local deliveries we usually replace the item on our next delivery run, often the same or next day. Weight or quantity shortages against the bill are corrected immediately.
If money is deducted but no order is confirmed, the amount is normally auto-reversed by the payment provider within 5–7 business days. If it is not, write to us with the transaction reference and we will take it up with the payment aggregator and ensure the amount is refunded.
