These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Oachira Trading Company ("we", "us", "our"), a registered business at Chullimanoor, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695541, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
All products listed are physical goods — groceries, provisions, and household supplies sold at retail and wholesale. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of taxes where applicable. Rates for market-linked staples (rice, oils, pulses) may change daily and are confirmed at the time of ordering. Any shipping charges are shown before you complete payment. We may revise prices and availability at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of payment.
An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; in such cases, any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised third-party payment aggregator supporting UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or banking credentials. Payment processing is subject to the aggregator's own terms and privacy policy.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use this website only for lawful purposes. Content on this website, including text, logos, and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules made under it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum rights available to you.
