We deliver retail orders in and around Nedumangad, Chullimanoor, and Thiruvananthapuram city. Wholesale orders are delivered within the district as per agreed schedules. For locations outside our delivery area, non-perishable items can be sent by courier on request; courier charges are confirmed before payment.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or stock position. We confirm any delay by phone or SMS.
Local delivery is free on retail orders of ₹499 and above; a delivery charge of ₹30 applies to smaller orders and is shown before payment. Wholesale delivery within the district is free above agreed minimum order quantities. Courier charges for outstation orders are quoted per order.
Please check items at the time of delivery, particularly weights and expiry dates on packaged goods. Our delivery staff will wait while you verify the order against the bill. Any discrepancy noted at delivery is corrected on the spot or adjusted immediately.
If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Perishable items from a failed delivery may need to be re-ordered; non-perishables are re-attempted the next working day.
